Returns & Exchanges

At Fired Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unused tiles, paints, and home accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke items and partial orders of tiles cannot be returned once delivered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom within 28 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging to prevent breakage during transit; please include your RMA document inside the crate or box.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  For bulky items like floor tiles, we recommend using a palletized shipping service, or you can drop off smaller accessory items at a designated Fired Earth collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
